Me and my brothers family stayed here for two nights this November. The check in process was very smooth. But the e check in facilty link sent through email was not working. They allotted two adjacent studio rooms . Rooms were nice and clean. As we didnt go out for sight seeing we spent the whole time in resort. We opted for the 3 meal package for members. Mr Ramesh was very helpful and gave us a nice offer. The service of the staff especially Ms Saida was very good. We used the recreation facilty fully. Mr Seetharam and Mr Zayed helped us in spending our time happily. The VR games and the ride in freego was wonderful.We also used the SPA . Mr Bibin and his team Ms Roshini and Ms Kritina did their best to give us a Relaxing Aroma therapy. The resort has a very good horticulture section with some rare plants. We bought some. Mr Ayyappan and Mr Karuppan helped us very much in identifying and explaining each species. Mr Sudhakar of house keeping section helped in all these activities. Overall we had a nice experience .
