The overall stay was nothing short of spectacular. The sterling team ensured that they give that personal touch in everything that they do. We would like to call out a few individuals who did a fantastic job in their respective scope of work during our stay in Sterling Kodai Valley.
Mr. Ramesh (Restaurant Manager) – He is one of the best restaurant managers, i have ever seen. His handling of situations was super professional and at the same time, he brings that personal touch to the equation.
The food was excellent; every single item in the buffet was delicious. We would like to place our appreciation to Mr. Murugesan A (Executive Chef).
We were so impressed with the experience that we took the membership with no second thought. The sales team (comprising of Mr. Karthik, Mr. Kabir and Mrs. Vidhya) was amazing in ensuring the process was seamless. Their sense of accountability, ownership and belongingness towards Sterling is highly commendable.
Want to also record our appreciation for Arun, Kaleeswaran, Amit Kumar and Prabhu (room service) for their utmost sincerity towards servicing the customers.
