We had a fantastic stay in Kodai Valley view. The GM. Mr Sampath Kumar who had recently joined was one of the best Managers that Sterling has. Over the last 20 years I have visited most Sterling properties, but he stands out as Caring, Professional, Efficient and a very forward-looking man with a Vision to improve the experiential aspects of us Tourists. Every hotel has something small which can be improved and he immediately attended to it. We got back very late one night due to a bus breakdown, and he even arranged for sandwiches to ease the discomfort and soothe the tired nerves. Outstanding indeed. The housekeeping staff esp Prakash was very quick and efficient. Karthika was superb at the front desk. Tripathi was a security with a smile. Overall, a great experience that will make me choose Kodai valley again and again. Dr Mukundan.
