This is regarding feedback on our stay in Kodai Valley. Firstly , Let me thank Mr. Madhan for making our Journey Pleasure and ease . I have stayed at dozens of hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays and experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much Mr.Madhan and other staff in Kodai Valley Resorts.
- Services – Excellent and way more accessible to our needs .
- Quality – The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Kodaikanal.
- Food – Collectively everything was good in the buffet but some more items should be added , So it would have a proper buffet. I’ve personally thanked Mr.Ramesh who was in-charge for helping my infant with food stuff.
Improvements : Rooms service should be available , Landline should be fixed. Food vouchers should be redeemed in other resorts of sterlings also
