Sterling Kufri provides a wide range of holiday activities. I went for the Chatog village tour preceded by a trek in the deep woods with Mohit from holiday activity. It was an amazing experience along with Praveen as trek guide from the village itself. He is very knowledgeable about trees and plants and made the trek memorable. Siddu, lovingly prepared by his mother,to be had with desi ghee made me yearning for more! Even plain Rajma chawl seemed very special with their warm hospitality!
My second one was a trek to Mahasu peak with Mohit and was wonderful with lovely people on the way selling colourful fruits to quench our thirst ! I would suggest you to try Himachali Golden Apple! So sweet and delicious. Did a lot of shopping of colourful woollens for my loved ones! You can’t resist the beautiful hand made sweaters and ponchus! It was completed by a 360 degree telescopic view at the peak and offering our prayers to Nag Devta! Had hot Maggie soup after the trek! And yes! Don’t forget to take pictures in a traditional Himachali dress! A very happy and memorable experience! Thank you Sterling kufri Holiday activity! Stay here was great too! Restaurant serves amazing buffets .Would appreciate a kitchenette in the studio rooms! It helps guests to suit their tastes!
