Wonderful stay, excellent rooms, very clean. View from the balcony was amazing and even witnessed the sunrise.
Management is very helpful and arranged the rooms on the reception level as my mother is a senior citizen.
The food is good but can be improved. However, we did have a few good meals and the service was excellent. They take care of all your complaints if any and try to keep you happy and that’s what matters in the service industry.
I left my mobile when I checked out and reached solan when I got a call from the hotel. They arranged to send the phone to Noida and I have received it in good condition.
