It was my visit to Sterling Kufri with my family (6th May to 10th May ) and I must say that it was a great experience. Everything was just beautiful and just right for my kind of taste.

The service, which I think was one of the best I have ever seen in the world. All the staff are so very well trained to give great service with a smiling face all the time. Here, I must mention that we had a small medical emergence during the stay and the kind of special attention given to us was really too good. I would like to mention and give my special thanks to Mr GR Sharma the department of the Manager/Executive, who really went out of his way at the time of medical emergency & drove us in his personal vehicle to a nearby medical center and provided us the best possible help on the SOS basis. Not only that he personally came to our room and asked if he could be of any help. He also made sure that due to this medical emergency,. I deeply appreciate his kind services. I am also grateful for the hotel administration for their training and support which was reflected in what Mr. GR Sharma and Rajat and his colleagues did.
My over all experience of my stay at Sterling Kufri was simply amazing and I am looking forward to going there again at the first possible opportunity!!
