Sterling Allepey is a very pretty property. The staff is very pleasant. Although all the boards mention Sterling in the resort, at the time of booking they said there was no Sterling member discount – Why? Also at the time of booking I was only informed about complimentary breakfast. No meal plans. Why is it different from other Sterling resort offers?
