We visited the resort on the occasion of our 1st Marriage anniversary. It was an amazing experience and completely worthy of our celebrations.
The property is huge and very beautiful with its artifical lake and swimming pool in the middle of it.
The resort is situated next to Vembanad lake which acts as backwater to the resort.
We had booked Heritage Cottage room and it was very spacious and located on top of the artificial lake. It had a gallery with lake view.
We stayed for 2 nights and the staff took great care of us throughout. For our Anniversary, we contacted the manager Mr. Darshan who cooridnated with all his staff and arranged for beautiful surprises for us.
They decorated the room, baked a special cake and also gifted us with chocolates & candles.
The staff members Mr. Alam, Mr. Sunil & Mr. Satheesh also did a wonderful job with room decor and gifts.
Even during lunch & dinner, they gave us complimentary offers and prepared food as per our requirements.
This kind of hospitality proves why how seriously they take their guests.
Vegetarian food was very good.
