The staff at the hotel is super helpful and friendly. During checkout, we forgot to load a bag in our car. We realized this halfway on our way back to Mumbai.
Panicking, I called up Sterling Hotel reception. Mr. Dipankar and Mr. Raju at front desk ensured that our bag safely reached Mumbai. They found the bag, safely secured it, and sent it through a bus courier. What a sigh of relief!
