A great incident worth remembering :
I forgot a small baggage of mine in the hotel room somehow, which I realised the next day, after reaching to my Home in Delhi.
I contacted the property reception and the staff acknowledged the case. They said they will contact me back after checking with lost and found department… I thought that no one will call back once the thing is lost, it’s lost.
But, they did call me back stating that they have the baggage, safe.
Not only this, they took an extra out the box step for me, took my address, packed the baggage safely in a box and couriered it to me the same day!
I received it back within 3 days.
Wonderful experience 💯
