We had planned family trip to Sterling Resort Mount Abu. We received very good service during our stay at sterling resort from all the staff. At the end of our stay, I missed my one of the valuable bag at resort. As we were 14 people, I thought someone has picked up my bag. But I realized after one day that we missed it at resort only. So I called to resort. Within 2 hrs they responded that it is at resort only. I requested them to safe keep with them for 2 days as we will be passing from Abu Road again post 2 days. They took at most care and kept it safe for 2 days. They send their travel agency staff to Amba ji ensuring that we don’t have to travel to their resort and thus its saved our 2 hours of time. I received my bag post 2 days in the same condition.
