Excellent experience right from the day we booked directly. Ms. Gayathri got us good discount & helped us to book by sending payment link. To our surprise, our booking was upgraded from classic to premium, thanks to Ms.Anu. The property & overall facilities were excellent. Staff were courteous & enjoyed their job. So was the SADYA restaurant, the food was delicious. A very good spread on buffet was available. TT table, chess, carrom,ludo were part of fun activities. Misty water painting was an innovation & my wife earned a few fans..overall it was a pleasure in sterling. Thank you.
