We would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the service and care we received at your resorts .this was my second visit and the standard is any way was not diminished but it was enhanced
Several incidences i could quote but i choose two of them
The house keeping was perfection to core, especially your staff madam pandiyammal note is an evidence of owner ship and dedication to delight customer. Housekeeping was the most important factor to feel at home yes .it was very good and every day the creative art displayed through the towel is great. Though such activities I use to witness on other star hotels, but here touch is somewhat different
I am so happy that your catering team well managed the surge of heavy rush on Friday and Saturday
Our quality circle participants were happy and also i did not see any of you staff was showing tired face or slow in their work .
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including ms pondi housekeeping and teams in catering and reception.
We had a wonderful stay and I have recommended your resorts to all of my colleagues, corporate Friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.
