Dear sterling,
Our family’s experience this time at sterling Munnar was very satisfactory. I actually wanted to get away from tight daily schedule after quite some time gap, that is why I preferred a long stay.
Iam totally satisfied with the facilities and amenities and especially cleanliness at the resort.
The front office have is a very warm welcome inspite of our delayed arrival, Anu madam and me Nabeel gave their extra time beyond their working hours for our sake.
Mr Vimal was very courteous and helpful in guiding us for sightseeing and even otherwise.
Mr Karthick and VISHAAL of the restaurant was very helpfull in satisfying us.
But sorry the restaurant is highly priced and buffet was quite costly.
Food was good. To attract more customers and members you have to make the pricing very attractive…. So that no one goes out for food.
