We stayed from 18th June 2022 to 20th June 2022 in the Property.
The place is straight out of a postcard. Very calm and picturesque location. Great resort with ample parking space, playground for children and with indoor & outdoor facilities. Really loved the stay at Sterling Munnar. Though it is 20km away from Munnar. The view from Munnar to Sterling is mesmerizing. The food quality was excellent and the restaurant staff were very cordial.
We stayed for 2N in the Privilege suite, Room Number 1320. The view from the room was just “WOW”.
The service was very good. Rooms are clean and spacious.
And the team went over and beyond to make our day special. It was my wife?s birthday and we were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Very Special thank you to Mr Shine Ninan who arranged everything special to us, from the flower arrangement in our room to special cake arranged by him and the team. My wife really felt special with all the great arrangements.
The staff was too good. Special mention to Bala from housekeeping who was always on his toes to serve. And Anu from reception was always there for support in every step.
Kudos to all the team in Sterling Munnar for the excellent team work.
Overall the property is excellent. Felt very close to nature.
