I had a wonder stay at Sterling Resort at Munnar in Kerala. The staff here is extremely competent and the location is wonderful. I would especially mention Mr Vinod and Mr Pradeep who had showed excellent professionalism and they knew their job well in serving the visitors. I found both of them serving beyond their call of duty and always took initiative in assisting my stay there. Employees like Mr Vinod and Mr Pradeep are asset to the organisation.
