We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and they always went a step beyond to help us. We had 2 kids with us and both created a lot of trouble for the hotel staff, but they enjoyed every bit of nonsense done by our kids and didn’t mind cleaning up the mess later. The Restaurant Staff took special care of the type of food required for the kids. Restaurant menu was fantastic on all 3 days. They also arrange DJ in a separate Hall in the evening so that Kids and Family can dance together. There are lot many things around this place to keep you entertained for 3 days. I will prefer this property anytime over a 5 Star Hotel in Nainital.
