It was a pleasant stay at sterling nainital .Property was fair as compare to other sterling properties.However the overall hospitality is good and the staff members are very much supportive except the guy we met during the check in process name deepak.He was little rude in terms of early checking quoting that “Bhalae ka zamana nhi hai “.It is more like he is treating us like someone needy.
Apart from this everyone is very supportive specially Hema ,she asked for medicine support as well at the time when my wife is not feeling well.
