My Tyre got flat.
I was not able to unscrew my wheel as it was toooo hard. Mr. Yogesh Chandra on his own came forward and tried his best to unscrew. Even after 15 to 20 minutes due to hardness of screws he was not able to do, with all gadgets he brought all his attempts failed.
Then he asked me to wait and somehow brought another wheel Pana and then say after almost 30 minutes using all his force and techniques he succeeded.
His patience, hard work, dedication towards your hotel and above all his politeness are all beyond explanation in words.
At my age , 62 years , I wish him all the best in life GOD bless him.
