We have enjoyed a lot at Sterling Elk. Reception desk is very supportive and staff are well mannered.
Hospitality is excellent.
Restaurant is also good.
Rooms are cleaned and well furnished.
But room maintenance (lock, tea bag etc.) may be cared more.
