We are in the last week of the year and I just felt that I should thank everyone who made me SMILE during the year. The team members at Sterling Gern Hills Ooty are one of them. Sorry guys for the delayed post but it’s said that “Better late than Never”.
So here I am again rewinding the lovely times and fond memories from our stay at sterling resort Ooty Fernhills during Diwali 2022. It was an awesome experience to witness lovely hospitality, delicious food n fun-filled holidays.
Chef Rakesh is a star chef heading the restaurant with finesse and the best of his skills. Thank you for your extraordinary choice of cuisine. Courtesy of him, we had sumptuous dishes to taste, and that too in an extremely remarkable plating, which we will never forget.
Captain Yogesh, full of zest & vigor during breakfast time, rolls session of full house guests in a jiffy and at ease without any chaos. Hats off to his management skills.
Last but not least young smiling Synthia, in charge of the room service, always kept our villa neat and fragrant. We are very particular about neat and clean beds and she was up to the mark for the same with her DIY craft over it.
Thank you so much Sterling Otty Fern hills. your hospitality standards were the cherry on the cake for our amazing holiday experience. We had a very memorable & awesome time and took back home lovely memories.
