We stayed in ooty sterling fernhill. Everything was perfect. We have never seen such hospitality anywhere .staff was courteous and gave immediate response to our needs. Location was mesmerizing. Restaurant manager Yogi sir and his team were outstanding. Food was beyond words.They made all their guest feel so special and cared for all their unspoken needs too. They were so easy to approach. The resort had organized special hallowen party for children and all their guest. Kids , youngsters and elders enjoyed every bit of it. They have put so much efforts to make it a huge success. In total its a must visit stay in ooty. I will recommend all my friends and family to visit in ooty and take a stay in sterling fernhill only.
