Visited sterling ooty fern hil for the third time.. As always sterling keeps their quality and prompt services well. The ambience was very rejuvenating. Food was incredible.Its a best place for friends and families for get togethers.. Rooms and premises are all well maintained and clean.. Service has become more passionate and friendly.. Well behaved and friendly staffs are always a plus of sterling.. Ms.Akhila newly added staff in reception felt very comfortable and passionate towards her work.. Really enjoyed the stay and service.
