The stay at Sterling, Ooty was one of the most cherishable stays in my long list of travel itineraries. Food taste and variety was absolutely fabulous. To add to this was the amicable attitude of the staff, which made my stay memorable. The hospitality was like a treatment given to a family member. Service Manager Mr Chandra Belwal, was on his toes in the dining hall during all times. He ensured that we are at utmost comfort. Similarly, Ms Jaya was wonderful in welcoming all the guests and developed a strong relationship with everyone with her cheerful smile. On the whole, it was a star stay.
