Sterling Fern Hill Ooty

Hi,
I am writing this email to share our pleasant experience during our stay at Fern Hill Ooty.

I have been to various sterling properties sometimes as a member and most of the times as a guest. However, from last year onwards we as a family have decided to do at least 1 week stay in a year in a Sterling property. Hence, for this year we choose Sterling Fern Hill Ooty.

Let me share my experience at each stage.
Check-in – We did our booking sometime in March with the support of our wonderful RM at Corporate Office Mr. Hari Prasad who is ever so helpful and ensures the guest?s comfort. We were booked on Studio but when we requested for a 1 Br given that we were 3 adults and 1 kid it was very considerate of Hari and People in the reception to shift us, so the stay started at a Positive note.

Stay experience – When a person books holiday mainly with family all they look for is comfort, good food, nice property, generous staff and relaxation. We were lucky to find that all during our visit to your Fern Hill Ooty resort.

Restaurant Service – I kept the best for the last, when we are away from home one is concerned about the food quality, taste and service. Here comes the star attraction of this property starting with
– Mr. Manojit – for always inviting with such lovely smile and warmth (mind you he is also a smart salesman)
– Mr. Jeet (Chef) – Coming each time to each and every table and ensuring to take feedback on food quality. Couple of times he did a appreciable gesture of preparing 1 small dish to make the breakfast special.

Last but not the least the two special people Mr. Yogesh (manger) and Mr. Bharat (waiter), two words that come to my mind are Superbly Caring, both ensured that each time we are in the restaurant we are comfortable, food is served hot. Bharat served on request special Ginger tea each time making the day start on a comforting zone. Mind you they were not doing anything special but just that they were doing it right. Also I observed them doing it not for us only but they were nice to other guests as well.

At the end I would like to say that we loved our stay at Fern Hill Ooty and would like to congratulate the GM Mr. Sumesh, Customer experience head south region Mr. Richard and team for this pleasant and wonderful experience. Keep it up!
