We booked this hotel after long time .this time this hotel is totally different. Staff are very caring and welcoming. Manager Aftab received us and offered local welcome drink. Because of early morning check in he offered us tea and coffee also. We had tea in restaurant and went in the room . We got the room above the reception. Very nice room with city view. Breakfast was so good and restaurant team was very prompt and smiling face. Tulika and Havva, Vasu cleaned our room on daily basis. Replaced all the amenities on daily basis. Raj Kumar housekeeping good took care of us. We enjoyed the indoor game with Jeva. Open tea stall was good with green carpet area. Mr. Aftab gifted us different flavors of tea packs at the time of checkout. Nitin had some good words with us. We recommend this hotel to our friends. Sterling team see you soon.
