Welcome while check in was awesome it is worth mentioning the names of Mr. Pranay Juyal (GM Resort) and Suraj (F O). Mr. Thapa was good to deliver our luggage to our room and was very humble in behavior. Food in restaurant was excellent but some days choices becomes limited. But Mr. Anuj (F&B Manager) provides the replacement immediately which is good. Excellent services in restaurant are provided by Archana , Govind and Harish. I believe Chef. is quite good in preparing the tasty food. We also met Chef. Sumit Garg and he was good in explaining the few items. Komal and Rajeev were also good in interacting with us during our stay. We visited AVADA CAFE and the ambience was awesome where we met Madam Varsa , she was very humble and informative in briefing us for SPA and other happy things. We fully enjoyed our seven night stay. Mr. Pranay is having excellent team under him.
