I wrote this review, and then I accidentally deleted it. Technology! Here is what I remember how I wrote the original review:
The number one is that the staff is friendly, helpful, very professional, and understanding of all of my needs. After that comes the room, which is luxurious and well cared for by the efficient staff. The dining is superb.
Housekeeping manager, Sunita Singh, and her staff Kuldeep and Arun and Sandeep are efficient and professional and extremely precise in the care they take of the customer and the property.
The breakfast buffet was superb. A variety of different things to eat. All of the foods had great flavor.
The check in process was quick, easy, and what more does a tired traveler need then quick and easy check in?
During check-in, my friend and I were given a wonderful local drink made from a local plant that we were told had health benefits. It was delicious.
The name is “Buraans”.
The reception staff, Rajeev, Anjali, and Sonia. Rajeev made check in very smooth. I knew we would have a good stay with reception and daily assistance by such professional and kind people.
In general, I have stayed at many hotels in India during this visit, and this hotel is top. I recommend it highly. When I am in the area again, I will definitely book my room at this hotel.
