The hotel stay at Sterling Palm Bliss in Rishikesh was a very lovely & pleasant experience. I & my son arrived one day earlier as my Badrinath trip got cancelled due to weather conditions and I had informed the hotel earlier. When I reached ,my checkin was sorted and they gave me an upgraded room as well. The staff here is very pleasant and helpful.
Location-wise, the hotel was ideal. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to major attractions and easily accessible by public transport in few minutes walk.
Due to a hectic travel schedule I was unable to pack certain items and I reached out to Suraj Rana who helped me in getting those. He is quite knowledgeable in terms of giving you ideas on local area. The staff in kitchen were also friendly.
Additionally, the spa offered a variety of rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Veena is the lady one needs to look for while booking spa service.
Overall I had a lovely experience and would love to recommend my friends and family members. It’s budget friendly hotel.
The only change I want to see if they can offer a little variety of garwhal’s food.
