Hi Sterling Puri Team ,
This mail is to extend to all of you a heartfelt thank you and sincere appreciation for having walked that extra mile for us . With three senior citizens in tow , 2 of whom were wheelchair bound , it seemed like mission impossible but from the word ” Go ” that is from the time we boarded the flight from Bengaluru to Puri and back, the whole trip seemed to be seamless and perfect because every little detail was taken care of .
The Executive Assistant Manager Mr.Punit Sharma and his team – Gyan , Ameena , Mrityunjay, the housekeeping supervisor Mr.Prshant have all done their bit in making the experience extraordinary . The logistics were not easy , in terms of the wheelchair services ,availability of vehicles but it was all taken care of without a single hitch in the 4 nights and 5 days we spent there .
We would definitely consider visiting Puri in the near future and also recommend the same to friends and family. The Sterling Puri was truly sterling in all aspects. Hoping for many more such experiences with the Sterling team .
