Rooms and hotel amnesties are pretty good and sanitized. Staff is extremely polite and proactive to make your stay comfortable. The Safari experience provided by the Hotel was one of the best – thanks to travel desk and specially Renji who arranged our Safari and the driver/guide Shamnas has been really friendly and caring. The driver also took real interest in clicking great pics for us – completely enjoyed the Safari because of his company !
