The hotel ambiance is excellent. Warm welcome offered by reception staff. Restaurant manager Mr.JINO is extremely helpful with food varieties for my child. He also took special effort to give us customized foods as per our requirements. Overall it was a great experience with Thekkady Sterling. It is my first recommendation to anyone traveling to Thekkady to choose Sterling.
