The stay was comfortable, with good amenities. Staff members were very helpful and polite. Specially Anita from front desk, she helped a lot. Regarding the restaurant, food was good and fresh. No complaints there. Special thanks to head chef Abhijit and staff member Noor Mohammad, for serving such delicacies (Tawa Pomfret by Abhijit was too good).
Now regarding the issues: There were 2 marriages organized inside Sterling, during our stay. Guests who were not part of the marriage group have to bear with the loud music, pool parties, numerous events and loud talks of marriage guests inside restaurant. But can’t complain actually, That is how Indian marriages are.
Also we needed to change our room since that entire block was booked for marriage guests. Now that’s a minor miss on management’s side, and we needed to pack our things and shift room during our stay.
Overall it’s a very good experience, far from the crowded places of Puri
