The room at the Sterling Wayanad was amazing. The balcony outside the room provided a very scenic view of the forest opposite the resort. The Manager Ms. Misbah made us feel at home & was very quick in sorting out small hitches that had cropped up. The new manager- Mr. Pratheek, at the dining room, was so enthusiastic while attending to guests. At the dining, Ms. Akansha, Ms. Anita were very prompt to attend to the guests’ needs. All the staff are very well trained & do their utmost to please the guests.
