Excellent place and.so courteas srteing Resort staffs. So helpful and they are all very nice. we had never felt that we r in Wayanad in Kerala, rather we felt we r in our home. Particularly Reception staff Ms Kavya and sales promotion staf Mr Rajesh Activities incharge gentle man Mr Dilip and the newly joined GM Mr…………. Of course each and every one they did the maximum service. If we have a chance to go next time, no doubt we choose Wayanad Sterling oy. Not because of tourists of sight seeing, but mainly to meet those good and nice people or in other way round the excellent staff.
