Can you imagine ‘coming alive’ at a ‘laid back’ southern district of Wayanad! The resort itself is so fascinating that it will grab you not to allow you to go out anywhere … The food is quite authentic and the staff is very curteous … It has so much to offer that you will not miss your Telecom connections not working (they must do something about that!!) … But if you endeavor to wriggle out of the resorts cosiness, there are so many things to do … There are busting towns near by Sreling at about 6 odd KM, Sultan Bathery (a meal at Jubilee Restaurant is highly recommended starting with ‘pink water’ as they put some additives), further down Meenagadi, Muttil and Kalpetta … You’ll be zapped seeing so many Gold ornaments shops in all these towns, every 5th shop is glittering with Gold ornaments … Edakkal Caves, Soochipara Waterfalls and Wayanad Heritage Musium are quite drivable within a day … If you care to do more, and take a stop further down , Wayanad can surprise you with lot more in terms of Natural Beauty and Heritage … ‘A Must Go To’ Destination!!
