Had a wonderful experience in sterling yercaud in terms of hospitality, Food and overall services by their staffs. In restaurant section, Siddharth and Rajkumar who were leading the team provided brilliant service and ensured that all the culinary needs of the guests are fulfilled. The hotel provides variety of recipes and the quality is of top notch. In reception section, a staff by the name Lokesh provided a splendid service in all the areas like arranging travel needs within yercaud, taking care of all the minute things that will make your trip a memorable one. Prabu and moorthy from house keeping section ensured that our rooms are clean and provided all soughts of support. Overall a good place to stay and it’s very secure and the location too is great. I give 5 out of 5 for location, Restaurant service and food, Reception and house keeping staff.
