Let me reproduce as below the review I have posted in the site Tripadvisor.in under Sterling Yercaud link. It’s self explanatory. These are my true heartiest congratulations to Sterling based on my pleasent experience during the short stay at Yercaud.

I visited Sterling Yercaud after a gap of 20 years, to to my utter disbelief found a huge Turnaround in almost all the parameters of the resort. The refurbishment carried out some six years back is so immaculately done that it feels it’s just done a month ago.

 

Let me point out the positive sides which were eye catching:-

 

The cleanliness all around, everything so spick and span, garden immaculately trimmed and clean.

Greek like artitracture is so unique and striking. Each and every apartment estheticly designed so that every room gets the beautiful view of the valley.

Entire staff starting from security personnel, front desk executives, room service staff were serving with so much enthusiasm and spontaneity with single goal to please the members and inmates at the resort. Service was the fastest and so prompt with pleasent smile on face that you forget your tiredness.

I observed everyday morning G.M of the resort Mr.Jayant John moving around on each and every corner of the resort with all the senior staff to evaluate and address any shortcomings in day to day functioning, similar to the senior doctor going for the round of the hospital. It was such a beautiful sight where the G.M himself caters to the smooth running of the resort and taking feedback from the members.

 

The room accessories were of very high quality. Toiletries were fully loaded including Toothbrushes, toothpaste, Shaving kit, besides normal creams, soap etc. There was no cost cutting or miserly attitude visible in any form. The sole goal was to take care of member’s hospitality. The politeness, humility was striking in all the staff.

Food quality and variety were also most satisfactory.

 

I must admit the way Sterling is pampering their members, in no other Time share counterparts you can see these days. Keep up the good work. We the members take pride in being Sterling members and it’s worth sticking all the years. Goods days are finally back.
