I know it took me a while to pen down this review but I didn’t want to let this opportunity just go unnoticed, so here it is. We had our college reunion planned at Yercaud and this time we met after almost 20 long years not as classmates but as good old friends would. We just happened to hop in to the Sterling holiday hotel for a LATE lunch and boy oh boy I must say we were in for a treat. We met Vijayan, the chief chef or let’s just call him the Master Chef. I must compliment Chef Vijayan for putting together the menu and taking our requests along with his suggestions that added life to every single dish that was served on our plates, delighting all our taste buds only craving for more. We all left Sterling with a BiG Smile and a Big stomach too. Thank you for making this a memorable one for all of us Chef Vijayan. Keep at it Sterling Holidays.
