Warm welcome when we arrived at the resort. Beautiful place, great hospitality. Front office executives always ready to help. Mr.Hari helped with the comfortable stay. The manager at the front office, F&B manager Mr.Rajkumar delivered excellent service. The discovery central incharge Mr.Midhun took us for a beautiful sunset trek and recommended the Jeep safari which was totally worth it. He explained us the spots in detail and ensured safety of al guests. Mr. Midhun and Mr. Rashmik entertained us with different team building games everyday evening. It was a beautiful and pleasant stay, with utmost care taken in all aspects. The housekeeping service was too upto the mark and provided with services on request. All the staff carry a lot of warmth and make sure the stay is comfortable. We take a break to unwind and this place is a must. The view is breathtaking and it helps rejuvenate. The resort is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Kudos to the team at Sterling Resorts Yercaud. We look forward to come back there soon 😊🙏🏼
