We stayed in Sterling Yercaud from 7th May-9th May 2022. The stay was pleasant. We had requested a valley view room and we were given a valley view room which had a fantastic view of the valley. The food in Zing was excellent. I enjoyed each meal we had in the restaurant. Ramya from the restaurant was helpful and I would like to give a shoutout to her. Unfortunately, I could not meet the chef personally who was just amazing.
One area they can improve is to keep the rooms ready before the guests arrive. Considering the check-in time is 12 pm and we reached at 4 pm we had to wait for 15-20 mins for our 2nd room to be made ready. Except for this everything was good. Thanks to everyone who ensured we had a pleasant stay.
