Hello
Overall I am very happy in all respects – staying at Ooty Fern Hill for two weeks.
1) Main problem at Sterling everywhere is about availability of WIFI connection which is important in today’s life.
Previously I remember it was room no. / surname and one simple password no etc. Now it has become so much complicated and time consuming and wasting lots of efforts and time of Front Desk staff and sterling guests
2) We were staying in room 1605 and 1726
3) SPECIAL –
Very very positive point of all the staff is that they are very much helpful and I have seen so many of them lifting luggage of guests though primarily it is not their duty….
a) Gautham – Excellent in all the fields and helpful in so many ways. He has helped in finding and providing proper accommodation considering my health. He is very active
Ritish in front desk and Shefali very active and helpful and also Pallavi
b) Yogesh – Service Manager is very active and moves very fast to provide services to guests and also helps in serving dishes etc and has helped us a lot by calling us daily and suggesting special vegetarian dishes suitable to our health.
Chef Jeet Kumar – Very much kind, soft,Hindi Speaking, and helpful. We were very much afraid of listening to various experts and experienced telling us that we will be spoiling our health by eating outside food for 4 weeks….. Plus my Health issues, diet issues etc etc but Veeru has taken lots of care by daily calling us at least 3 times a day and discussing in detail and preparing food accordingly and personally present at lunch and dinner time for any correction or better suggestions from his side.
We are very happy for the same.
Alongwith Sourav
d) In restaurant Pollobi has regularly attended and helped and also happy with Monojee , and Pankaj in billing section very active and efficient
e) We liked services of room cleaning etc done by Dinesh and his senior i think name is Aftab
f) We are very happy with services na guidance given by Dharam – I had a long discussion with him and because of my discussion with him and also at Kodaikanal I came to know importance of giving feedback. Till now I was under the impression that it is a routine affair and is just sent to us for giving our comments and may not be read or acted upon by anybody.
Thank You all
Pankaj Visharia
