Recently, Dr. Ambuja and I stayed at your Kodai Valley. I am happy to state that we were very happy that we decided to choose the destination for our 32ed wedding anniversary.
All the staff and the systems are superb. Importantly, the staff, the facilities and the overall experience especially the Restaurant were of high order.
I would specifically name Ms Arathi who took care us. Though a beginner she really delivered what?s expected of. The decor of the place where we had our candles light dinner was great. She really made us feel very special; special thanks to her. The manager Mr. Ramesh and Chef Mr. Ramar took great care in details. Thanks indeed to both of them. Others in the other areas were also very caring making us wanted.
As we wanted to be on our own we did not visit activities ares, although I visited the superb spa. Very nice experience.
We hope to visit your resort sooner with my children when they visit us from Europe sometime this year. Hopefully we receive same quality services elsewhere in the country.
