First of all, I would like to mention that we have booked a superior room at the Hotel and we were on our honeymoon after marriage. we are on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite without any extra charge with a beautiful view of the city and that was the kindest and very warm gesture by the staff of treating their newlywed couple guest. this was the first gift from them apart from that the room was just mind-blowing with those welcoming features of the dining area, furniture, and attached balcony with a beautiful view of the city, the washroom was also very good with the facility of the bathtub and on coming to the bedroom facilities bed was very nice comfy spongy and the amenities were controlled by one touch. The staff is also very helpful supportive cooperative and sweet. All in all it was a very amazing delightful surprising and memorable stay at Sterling Elk Hill, Ooty.
