The service provided when we arrived at the hotel by Rishi who took us to our rooms, explained how to get there and took the trouble to explain everything to us, was great and made us feel at home.
At the restaurant to help us and provide assistance were Ranjith, Saiduir and the two ladies, always at hand to give us whatever we wanted. Syed, I think, provided us tea and coffee on our second day, tqvm.
Ranjith was there even in the bar to provide us assistance.
Shumitha was there to help when we were leaving there was a young lady who was a trainee she was very good was there to carry the bags.
On the last day we met Manesh who was very courteous and friendly, discussing our experience and asking for our feedback.
